Team Leader Frontline Ireland

We are looking for a temporary Team Leader in Frontline Ireland!

As a Team Leader in Customer Service you have a hands-on attitude, the ability to monitor and develop performance, coach team members to new heights and lead by example. This position reports to team manager Joshua Maheady. You will work closely with the other Frontline Team Leaders,  and will be responsible for your own team; everything from daily support, coaching, monthly one-to-one's, yearly assessments, etc., will be part of your duties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Planning and implementing daily operations.
  • Ensuring the team reaches its KPIs, is motivated, and feels supported with work-related questions.
  • Making sure that your team is following agreed routines and procedures.
  • Developing your team member's skills.
  • Collaborating with other internal stakeholders.
  • Generating statistics and reports.
  • Organizing and participate in meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • You are a fluent English speaker.
  • You have worked in Sector Alarm for at least 6 months.

You will have an advantage if you have:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Graduated from the "Future CS Leader program" in Sector Alarm.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader.
