We are currently looking for one Chat Supervisor to take care of Norway!
This is a temporary position, and all applicants must already be working in Frontline NO, and actively be handling chats. You should be fluent in both spoken and written Norwegian.
We’re seeking someone with a strong interest in maintaining the highest quality in our customer communication. As a Chat Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work strategically by analyzing data, reviewing chats, and coaching agents to continuously improve our processes and enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Reviewing and analyzing chat interactions to ensure high quality standards.
✅ Supporting and following up with agents on their chat performance.
✅ Working with data to optimize and streamline chat operations.
✅ Using Excel to compile and interpret data.
✅ Ensuring the chat function runs as efficiently as possible.
