About the Role

At Sector Alarm’s Customer Service center in Fuengirola, we have a brilliant Tech team that supports all incidents and requests reported to Sector Alarm’s first-line support across all countries and Customer Service.

We are now looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Fuengirola, reporting to Julie Trouwaert, Tech Support Manager. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic Service Desk team, ensuring smooth IT operations for our colleagues across Europe.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide telephone, email, and remote support and troubleshooting for internal IT customers
  • Create a positive customer support experience with a professional attitude, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
  • Register incidents and create knowledge base articles (troubleshooting steps, solutions, results) in Jira Service Desk and Confluence
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, escalating to higher-level teams when needed
  • Take ownership of incidents, manage them methodically, and keep users updated on progress
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve IT operations and add value to our internal customers

What we're looking for

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with MS Windows 10, MS Office Suite, MS Intune
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows/Azure Active Directory issues
  • Strong track record of effective written and verbal communication across teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • General knowledge of network components and concepts
  • ITIL Foundation Certification 
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, or Scandinavian)
  • Experience troubleshooting MyApp/MyPages
