We are recruiting to our CS Billing NO/SE department.
The Billing team assists different departments from CS, HQ and engineers with financial inquiries by phone, email, and tasks in CRM Dynamics. They make sure customers receive their invoices correctly and help with any errors or change requests that may appear.
The team consists of members working for Norway and Sweden and work for the moment two different shifts between 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00.
We are looking for someone:
- Already working towards Norwegian or Swedish customers
- Highly organized, with attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture
- Goal focused, efficient and always looking for an opportunity to improve and get better on what you do
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to make things happen
Key responsibilities:
- Executing the daily production following KPIs
- Handling workorders
- Handling task/emails
- Phone inquires
- Observing any invoice/ CRM problems creating ticket to IT when needed
Qualities we are looking for:
- Excellent Swedish/Norwegian language skills (written and spoken)
- Skilled at managing peaks of more workload
- An individual with a high focus on solution finding
- Highly organized in your work with attention to detail as well as the ability to see the big picture
- Self‑sufficient person
