We are looking for a new App Super User to join the team!
About the Role
To support the continued development of our App and ensure consistent and efficient App Highways across all markets, we have established a centralized team of App Super Users. In this role, you will act as a key point of expertise, supporting colleagues across countries and contributing to the development of standardized processes, routines, and guidelines for handling App-related queries. You will work closely with teams across markets to drive consistency, improve App usage, and support the ongoing evolution of our digital customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital tools, enjoys working in a collaborative and international environment, and wants to play an active role in shaping the future of our App. This is a temporary role for 6 months and reports to Lisa Holberg Howard (CS Coach and App Team Leader).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to all countries on App-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of App Highways, processes, and routines.
- Communicate directly with customers when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues across markets to drive consistency and improve App adoption and usage.
Minimum Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- Green rating in all areas of your most recent annual review.
- At least 6 months in the company.
It is an advantage if you have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in any other languages spoken in CS.
- Previous experience working with the App is highly valued.
