We are looking for a new Team Leader to join Frontline Norway!

About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and people-oriented Team Leader to join our Frontline Norway team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Service Agents, ensuring high performance and a positive team environment.

As a Team Leader, you will take a hands-on approach to supporting daily operations while helping your team reach its targets and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure all customer communication is handled professionally and according to best practices.

You will play a key role in motivating your team, ensuring agreed routines and procedures are followed, and continuously identifying opportunities for development and improvement. In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, prepare reports and statistics, organize and participate in meetings, and represent your team across the organization.

A significant part of the role involves people management, including daily support and coaching, monthly one-to-one meetings, annual performance reviews, and ongoing development conversations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership and helping others succeed.  This role reports to Jilla El Ouarit (Team Manager).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service Agents.
  • Monitor team performance and support the achievement of KPIs and service targets.
  • Ensure customer communication is handled professionally and according to best practices.
  • Provide daily support and guidance on work-related questions.
  • Drive team motivation, engagement, and continuous development.
  • Ensure routines, processes, and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business.
  • Prepare statistics and performance reports.
  • Organize, participate in, and lead meetings.
  • Conduct one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Norwegian.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience within Frontline Norway.
  • Green rating in all areas of your most recent annual review.

It is an Advantage If You Have

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Trainer.
  • Participation in the Future CS Leader Program.
